I deep cleaned my house from top to bottom today! It took literally about 5.5 hours without breaks. However, now my hip has flared up! It hasn’t in such a long time and I swear its more painful and then it ever was😭 how can i get rid of this pain? Its shooting down my leg into my knee. I believe its hip bursitis but not officially diagnosed

🙂 It’s always best to have a definite diagnosis (to rule out sciatica etc) to get the best help, someone I know has Botox injections to relieve the pain of Bursitis.
