Fibroids, cysts and polyps :(

After experience some pain on my left side pelvic area, I saw my GP and he sent me for an ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound.

The findings were a 3cm pedunculated subserosal fibroid, coming from the fundus.

I haven’t had a follow up, but has anyone had this kind of fibroid in this location? Is it likely to affect fertility?

I also have a hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary. Which they said is likely to go on its own within a cycle or two, but I have to go back in 4 months to keep an eye on it. It’s currently just under 5cm.

Is this likely to affect my fertility? Does anyone have any experience? How does this leave my body if it “just goes away”? What should I expect to happen?

I’ve also had my pap test so awaiting results, but the nurse did find a polyp on my cervix too! A lot to take in over two days.

Seems my body likes to just grow things, but not babies! :(

Polyps make it difficult to get pregnant depending on the location. I have one in my uterus and have to get it moved by d&c. I’ve had cyst rupture on their on & didn’t have any problems. I’ve also had a dermoid cyst removed by surgery. I regret having surgery because it did fix any of my issues but left side affects such as weird pain when I bend on that side & small scars.
