Hip pain...please help girls😭

I work with small little babies all day so constantly on my feet constantly moving and carrying heavy babies. While working I’ve developed horrible neck pain, lower back pain but most painfully hip pain on the right side of my hip. It excruciating to climb into and out of bed, to walk, to bend down and mostly everything to be completely honest. I made a doctors appointment but that’s not for another two weeks unfortunately. I’m dying. Any tips so i can be comfortable in the mean time? I read on the internet that it could be bursitis? But I don’t know I’m lost😭

Hi sorry to hear that you’re in such pain. Are you able to consider an assessment with a chiropractor as it sounds like your back could be out of alignment especially when you describe your neck and hip pain. Best to get that checked as soon as possible as you may be adding more strain and by repetition of the type of work you do. Hopefully the Doctor can diagnose the real cause of the pain and arrange a physio appointment . Good luck hope you get treatment soon.
