Menopause symptoms and treatments

Hi

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m going through the menopause and I’m still not having any treatments like HRT. I have osteoporosis and arthritis and had my thyroid removed because of cancer.

I’ve seen there is a cream from Wellspring called 20 to 1 that has 2 hormones to help. Does it work well? I don’t know if the reviews are rea. I think I saw something saying that the amount of hormones are not not that strong. Again I could be mistaken.

Hi cath.. you might want to go caffeine free... I found that made a difference for me... with decaf coffee and tea.. and some lovely herbal teas... decreased hot flushes... not sure about creams so can’t advise you on that...
