If you are supplementing B12 on it's own, or in a B Complex formula, your blood levels will be high. It usually takes a month to clear B12 when discontinued. So a repeat blood test after this time will be more accurate of your true level. For more info see; Diagnosing and Treating B12 Deficiency on You Tube - by experts on the subject. Hope that helps:)
