Been back and for the the GP for 5 years trying to find out what’s wrong with my periods. My periods are getting worst. They referred me for a scan and the hospital thought I had PCOS but my GP said no. Blood test come back all normal. When I asked what els it could be the GP answer was that they couldn’t do much more because I’m to young for a smear test. Now been referred to the gynaecologist in the hospital but got to wait 5 or months for a appointment. Is there anywhere els I could go for advice, help or to get things done quicker as I’m quite worried

Try taking a good quality magnesium (Magnesium Citrate or Magnesium Malate) and a good quality zinc supplement. If you have a deficiency, it will likely be getting worse, which will make your periods worse.
When I say good quality, it will cost about £10-15 for a bottle. Don't skimp - I bought a cheap bottle when someone first mentioned magnesium but it made no difference.
