So been through hell this last year of not feeling well, my period has always been regular 25-29 day cycle, my period is now 40 days today since last, my boobs have become sore in past few days, i usually get this around week before period, seen doct and im not pregnant, been suffering from headaches, flushes of and on, achy , random muscle twitches and generally tired, my doct says come back in week if still no period? I also had 2 tests last year on hormones which both did not indicate perimenopause, also had vaginal ultrasound after having a period 2 weeks after a normal cycle, this showed normal and a follicle was seen at time, this was around 8 months ago, please tell me your thoughts
