Has anybody heard of taking a tablespoon of olive oil first thing in the morning for great benefits including improving your skin??

Haven’t heard of that BUT I do try to get olive oil in the morning with protein (eggs/beans as a vegetarian)! It’s really great for mental strength (you can also massage it as an oil directly onto your skin because it’s nourishing)!

Hi I haven't however I must say this is the first time I have heard of this.

My mum is in her late 50s and she drinks lemon, ginger warm water everyday and once a week she blends lemon, cucumber and ginger uses it as a face wash and she has good skin
