I’m New to the group. Having some health issues at the minute. I Felt I was pre menopausal but my doctor says no as my periods are still regular and my bloods don’t indicate it!
Is it possible to be going through Premenopause but with regular periods? I’m 48, and struggling every month it’s becoming unbearable!

I think you can be perimenopause, I started at 45, with periods that would be every month but days early, sometime 6 days early. Mood swing were the worst. I am now 48 still in perimenopause, but have now just started to skip the odd period. I turned to a wonderful website , that give advice and offer a free sample of menopause suport. avogel.co.uk/health/menopause/, this website has helped me an awful lot, as ive had so many sypmtoms. I hope this helps you
Hi Blister4, yes I use menopause suport, it has helped with my mood swings and brain fog. I also drink calm tea by teapigs, that has valerian in it, on days when im a bit scratchy. I will say the menopause suport tablets are pricey but so worth getting , but you can ask for a free sample 7 days worth to try.
