Cramping pain

I have cramping pain . 2 weeks late for my period . I am not pregnant . Feel very hormonal what could it be ?

Thank you for asking . Still in pain and have a funny stomach . No period.

Is there a chance it could be some kind of infection? I have IBS and sometime my period goes haywire if I have an infection in my intestine? I would think if the pain continues you might need to see a Dr? Could even be a blip with your uterous/ womb, no necessary a long term problem ♥️

Thank you for this information . Not sure re infection but I have had bv.

I am seeing a gp next week . What with the pain and soreness .
