I’ve been dealing with a slightly upset stomach for months now on and off and I’m really unsure what’s causing it. I’m not eating anything different at all that I know of and I’m not sure what to do (really hate going to the doctors)

Slightly Upset stomach for months
Any upset stomach that's been lasting more than 3 weeks really should be discussed with a doctor.
Did anything happen around when it started? Illness, stress?
Do you have any other health issues?
Any family history for e.g. thyroid, coeliac disease?
You can try an elimination diet to rule out food intollerance, but you really should get tested by the doctor, just to make sure there isn't anything underlying.
No history that I know of, but thank you. I’ll try and book an appointment with a doctor.
Make sure the doctor runs a test for coeliac disease. Some doctors can be a bit lazy & diagnose IBS without testing for causes. If it is coeliac, then a gluten free diet stops the stomach issues, but first you need to know if you need to cut out gluten.
Also don't let them suggest you trial a gluten free diet before they'll test you. Always test first!
