Coming off HRT symptoms

Hi all. I've recently had a lumpectomy for early/pre breast cancer and have had to stop the very low dose HRT that I've been on for a number of years. My hot flushes and insomnia have been hard to deal with - does anyone know how long the symptoms last after finishing HRT?

Thanks

Thanks for your empathy! My doctor prescribed clonidine to me yesterday, which is sometimes used to treat migraines and hot flushes and doesn't have any hormones, so I'll see how that goes.
