Pain and pressure round lower tummy (where you would get period cramps) also in lower back. The feeling feels like a full bladder there is also a bad burning sensation ?

Any one any idea what this could be

Sounds like a possible uti but I would visit the doctor tomorrow if it’s still the same

I thought that but it doesn’t sting when I pee the only thing is when I need to pee it feels like my bladder is full to burst even though Iv barely drank liquids ? I will do
