Hi guys. I found a lump in my armpit a while ago. Had breasts checked, all fine and had the lump ultrasounded and they said it was a wide lymph node. It’s still there and has been three months. It hasn’t changed. Just there. Don’t know what to do?
Any one else had experience with something like this?
It’s under the skin, so you can see it. Only feel it.

🙂 Lumps are inevitably going to cause concern, I went straight to my GP after I found a breast lump. But I’ve had an enlarged lymph node on my neck since I was a child. Speak to your GP if you aren’t reassured after the ultrasound 🙂
Swollen lymph nodes usually occur as a result of exposure to bacteria or viruses. When swollen lymph nodes are caused by an infection, this is known as lymphadenitis (lim-fad-uh-NIE-tis). ... Common areas where you might notice swollen lymph nodes include your neck, under your chin, in your armpits and in your groin.
