Slightly elevated prolactin level

Hello,

Im trying to conceive but miscarried twice already. My gyn found out that I have an elevated prolactin level at 45. Does anyone know if this level of prolactin can this interfere with pregnancy? Has anyone had a successful pregnancies with an elevated prolatin level? I did go see an endocrinologist but she didnt seem too concerned. She mentioned that I could take meds to lower it if I wanted to.
