Tingling in left foot

Hi ladies, sorry to mither again. But day 3 of the femoston and I'm having horrendous headaches. Not to mention the worse period I've had for many many year's, I'd only taken it for 1 day and I wasn't due on. But I've had a tingling left foot, I've had it for some time but it hasn't stopped since starting these tablets 3 days ago. I was diagnosed with raynaurds disease when I was in my early 20s. My toes are constantly purple. I just hope these tablets aren't making it worst. Also do ppl still take vitamin b complex with their hrt?

Thanks x
