I'm really keen to get a full health check to see how my general body and health issues are doing. I already have ADPKD which isn't at a bad stage yet, but it does cause me concern as I'm at higher risk for certain issues because of it. Is there a way to get a full health check (looking at bloods, organs, diseases, weight, digestion, sexual organs, the full shebang) as I am concerned that I get told very very little about my general health, and I know you can only get NHS Health Checks if you're over 40.
I don't know the best way of going about look into these things - but if I could get advice from a doctor who can tell me if there are certain ways to help improve my current conditions, and also my health in general too, then it would come in handy. I've literally been told nothing in the past besides to eat healthily and lose a bit of weight.
At 23/24, I haven't been invited or been eligible for certain screenings or check-ups yet, so I'm worried that something could be pre-existing at my age now that won't be picked up until I'm of 'eligible' age.
If anyone can reassure me, that would be great.
