Vulvar ulcers help!!

So I woke up with one vulvar ulcer that ended up turning into more I have never had them before.. they’re very painful and they throb. I’m not sure how I got them. What can I do to ease the pain??

It would be best to see a doctor. It’s likely a swab would be taken to decide if medication is necessary. Not all lumps/ulcers etc are transmitted by contact, they can be due to other causes. But don’t just put up with the pain and discomfort, be proactive.
