For the last week or so I’ve been waking up with massive bruises, mostly on my legs but one on my arm. No knocks or bangs and I sleep alone. Can’t explain any of them.

🤔This could be any one of a few causes but..because of health issues you’ve mentioned it’s advisable to discuss this with your GP for peace of mind.

Definitely go to your GP and get a blood test.

This and go before they fade so they can see extent. ‘The disorder’ I have can cause these bruises but there may be others and why wrongly diagnose yourself based on someone else’s experience? Don’t use Dr Google either get yourself to a real one for the blood test and potential referral .

Don’t go into a tail spin panic either!

This request a doctor’s visit. Could be a platelet issue or what I don’t even know.

it turned out I had low iron and low folic acid, so easily remedied. Thank you all x
