Has anyone gone thorough this and had a healthy baby?

I have had PCOS for over ten years and it took us 4 years to get pregnant with my son and 4 years to get pregnant again but sadly we lost the baby , this was November 2018 since then they’ve diagnosed me with andeomynosis and now I’m scared I’m not going to be able to have a second baby 😔

It’s already hard enough with not always ovulating or knowing. I’m tracking as much as I can and I just want to know I can have another baby 🤞
