Nasal congestion help!

Hey everyone. So I’ve been sick for 2 weeks now, I had meds but they didn’t help much and I was using nasal spray but used it too much and now my sinuses are really clogged up and I haven’t slept in 3 days cuz I can’t sleep breathing thru my mouth. I’ve tried so many home remedies to help and got nowhere. Anyone know of a remedy that works?! I’m desperate.

Saline nasal spray would moisturize the sinuses without introducing any medication. It's also good for rinsing out any allergens you might have inhaled. When I'm really congested badly, I take pseudoephedrine (Brand name in U.S. is Sudafed). For many years it was just OTC, but then the government figured out that people were buying up quantities to use in making meth, so now you have to go up to the pharmacy counter, show your ID, and sign for the pills. They also limit the number of boxes you can buy to 2. Doesn't matter how many pills are in each box, so I ask for a box of the 12-hour product containing 20 pills. That would last 10 days versus only 5 days with the box of 10 pills. Problem is that it dries out everything, including saliva, so you get dry mouth.
