Bleeding between periods, pelvic pain and distended, back pain, nausea, brown red discharge. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Around Feb 1st I noticed large jelly like mucus with reddish brown streaks in it come out of my vagina while preparing to get in the shower. Happened twice in two days. I've never had any bleeding in between periods before. Then I noticed that my cervical mucus the days following were tinted pinkish brown and every day got more and more transparent with stands of blood that was small tissue like particals. No odor, no itching, no green or yellow discharge. Some mild burning these last few days but only real mild.. Just a twinge after I've released all the pee. During these days I'd have the occasional mild cramping and in the shower i would pull out some dark brown red almost black clots but the discharge and clots have subsided into almost nothing but as the days have passed I've developed more severe symptoms. have waves of extreme nauseousness, then my back starts hurting with a warmth feeling sroundingnthe area with an occasional shooting pain, pelvic pain, cramp type of feeling, right now it's localized in my right side, shooting pain in legs and buttocks, and my lower abdomen is distended and definitely has a lot of fluid buildup my abdomen. Just started now is a sharp achy stabbing in my vagina up at the top, my cervix. And once again that warmth feeling in back but now there's a burning like pain.

I'm not sure if this would be related to what's going on or not. I started my period the 18th of February and the next day had unprotected sex while on my period. My period ended sometime between the 22nd to 24th. These symptoms did show up until the end of January beginning of February.

I've never experienced anything like this so if anyone has any idea would help a lot.

Are you certain the jelly type substance was from your vagina and not the back passage? A thought... is any of this age related? Could it be peri-menopause? ( don’t mean to offend as I am a lady approaching 50 and have recently had hormone bloods tested)! Extensive bloods have only shown a low Vit D for me. I have been supplementing over the counter as reading was 53 ( accepted range for my readings were 75 to 200) but NICE will only agree to GP loading dose when 50 or below 😬! If it is your Vit D it may help with lower back pains? With a distended stomach my initial thought is a gut problem/ constipation? This can really make you feel awful. Do you have extreme tiredness? I would suggest you keep a daily diary of issues plotting period dates / spotting etc. If you are not too bothered by the symptoms at this stage see through another period ( recording symptoms) to see if there is a pattern then see your GP with useful information ? Maybe record your temperature at intervals during each day for your diary too? To let you know I have a jelly like discharge ( but definitely from my bottom - sorry) but I know I have a gut issue ( GP says constipation) but I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so inflammation in body anyway. Hope you get it sorted quickly!

Could be ovarian cysts. Sounds similar to symptoms I had when I had ovarian cysts. They finally shrunk on their own. You need to speak with your gynecologist about this.

I ended up going to the ER as I felt my body going into shock. Ir ended up being a ruptured cyst and some other lesions but they weren't clear on what. Today in finally in with a gyno to investigate further. As I
