So sore

I've got piles for the first time and I'm really struggling with them. It also really hurts when I wee, I have a bad burning sensation to the point where I'm crying out in pain because of it. I don't think it's a water infection, it feels more like I have a sore in that area. Could this be connected with the piles in any way or something completely different?

It’s probably connected and if you’re in that bad of pain, go see a doctor. No one will blame you for getting help and the doctor will be able to figure out what’s happening

Piles shouldn't be causing painful weeing, that sounds more like a uti, you should get tested and treated asap and if necessary start on antibiotics before your kidneys become involved.
