Me and hubby are doing dry January, so am with you on this.
We have just been drinking the mixers we usually have with our spirits, so sparkling water and lime for me and diet tonic and lime for him, we seem to be doing ok up to now.
I guess avoiding booze social events for a few weeks might help you to get underway.
I also drink liquorice or peppermint tea in the evening to keep the tastebuds happy(ish)
Never underestimate the power of moral support either, if someone close can join you that helps as you can help each other to succeed, and of course the online community here on Health Unlocked is a great place to read success stories and get tips ( as you know) so keep up the good work!
