They keep on increasing and my doctor didn't even bother to look at them when I mentioned it last time I went.
Update: I saw a different GP who didn't brush me off, she did all sorts of tests and I've been diagnosed Coeliac which causes a rash like this apparently!

What Causes Small Red Spots on the Skin? There are many reasons you may be seeing red spots on your skin. Pityriasis rosea, acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, petechiae, and rashes are some of the most common causes
I also had this, with doctors all saying something different. The petechiae would eventually darken then fade but would then show up elsewhere on same or other foot or ankle. Then years later it went away only to be replaced by eczema. I believe it is adrenal and/or thyroid related. When I took adrenal cortex extract in the right amount, it lessened. But I'm also taking thyroid med, so not sure which helped. I'm still dealing with the eczema. Interested to hear if others also had this and what helped.
