Hello. Im a kidney transplant patient with ckd 3. I am currently avoiding red meat as I realize through many blood test results that it increases my creatinine. I think it may cause some stress like having a harder time filtering the kidney for those who have an issue with their kidneys. Not to healthy kidney functions of course. I try to eat mostly simple and healthy- fruits and vegetables. Non meat protein etc. Hope this helps!
