Can withdrawal period still mean pregnancy?

Hello everyone, quick question! September 30th I lost my virginity and just only used a condom as my birth control. My boyfriend told me there was no holes, no tears, etc. but I’m still just being a bit paranoid. I tested for pregnancy on October 30th, so about 4 or 5 weeks after sex? And I got a negative. I started birth control and am now on my placebo pills and started my period, but can having a withdrawal period still mean I am pregnant? It’s a normal period, it was a bit heavy my first couple of days but now it’s medium
