Hi so its that time of the month again!

I have very bad period pain, I am not really keen on taking medication so I was wondering if anyone has any natural remedies that work instead?

Thanks in advance x

Your most welcome 😘

I suffered really heavy/clotty/painful periods leading to anemia which I can't tolerate iron so it's always low, I had all the tests going & everything is fine I'm not one for interfering with nature so I did my research & found loads of testimonials for organic blackstrap molasses, about a year ago I started taking 1 tablespoon once a day & it's really made a difference my iron levels are the low side of normal now & my periods are clot/ pain free, not as heavy either 😜 took about 3 months to kick in ❤️
