so around the time of my period last month (literally the night before i started) i had a serious case of nausea, it lasted 6 days and eventually went away as my period finished - i've never had anything like it before i couldn't eat a think and gipped a few times but mainly spit came up - but its now 3 days until my next period is due and i'm feeling nauseous again - has anyone else experienced this? i'm still not 100% sure its related to this as it could be stress and lack of sleep it just seems coincidental :( oh i also feel like crying 24/7 about small things lol which i never had before - any advice or nice comments welcome haha :)
