Hi, any ideas on how to lose weight when fighting menopause, pcos, pre diabetes? I need to lose 15-20 lbs. I just started rowing for 40-50 mins per day, five times a week. I am so sad I can't lose.

Wow that's a starvation diet! I'm really struggling. To help. Get exercise. Walking. Eat fruits. Veggies. Brown or granary bread. Smaller sized meals. If you cut out all chocolate and cakes you will lose weight. It's very hard indeed. Keep trying .
