Early menopause?

Hi ladies.

I have stage 4 endometriosis and I had ivf for the first time in October. I had low chances because of the damage already done and a very low egg reserve. It failed and since then I have had worsened Endo. The dr tried the pill but this made me more ill. Throughout this time I have had awful night sweats and hot flushes, sleep problems and dry mouth and lips. My urine also smells just like it did when I was taking the progesterone pessaries in ivf. I was wondering if anyone had experience of going through these things and ended up with early menopause? I am 38 and no children x
