Hey I hope that I might get some advice from this I'm 29 and the last year my cycles had been odd as in the past it had been every 28 days excalt..... Now it's like 16 to 22/24days sometimes I also have it twice a month.... Just wondering if anyone else had this issue??

Have you ever had gaps as well? Is each period like a normal period? I mean the same volume and other symptoms like bloating, cramps or tenderness? I would keep monitoring the cycle and keep a record. If it has moved to every 22/24 days that doesn't sound too irregular but if 16 days is common then that would make me wonder. Also since it is a change from what was very regular before then it might be worth checking out with the doctor or well woman clinic, either you'll get reassurance or treatment if necessary a win win situation!
I have been keeping a record of it for a year... and sometimes i have it twice a month... As normally it's every month also normally get it every 28 days... now it like 16- 24/24 days it's odd pattern I was wondering weather to go to a different doctor... and just ask... Yep cramps always... I did have tests done and that.. Um Hard to say if it's a normal period as sometimes i do get (colts) however thats spelt... (the normal range is 28 days in some cases its 21 days....) which i do understand or 35 days apart *i'm assuming that's every month*
I had a ultrasound to check everything is ok... and blood test looks all fine... (I'm guessing it's just the weight issue that easily lose weight and hard to put on...)
