Messed up monthly cycle

I eat a healthy well balanced diet and had anyone tell me if this is normal or experience what I'm going through as I don't know what to do... I've already been to Gp had tests done and all clear... Any advice on what I should do next

Apart from Feb it looks within the range of normal variation to me. Did you have any illness or stress back then?

well it's not actually monthly - we just say that for convenience . 28 days (four calendar weeks) is the official regular cycle and that is not actually a month either.

Ahh right just the name to me is monthly.... Last thing is it the norm for havin 2 peirods in 4 weeks?
