URGENT

I am on Microgynon 30, I take it at the same time every day however one day i forgot to take it and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. I read the instructions and took the missed pill straight away, and it said i will still be protected against pregnancy but use contraception for a week. A week later I went on a night out, the next day I was sick twice - do you think i could be pregnant or do you think it is just from a hangover? I am probably just overthinking but i just like to have a second opinion!
