I had something similar a few years ago and after a friend prayed for me something amazing happened. I had been to the hospital three times crying in a week because the pain was so bad and they kept sending me away saying the x-rays were clear and there was nothing wrong. Had had cough for months. Then miraculously the third time I saw a doctor who was sent from Germany to cover the weekend on emergency cover and he was a qualified chiropractor. He felt there was a trapped nerve near my ribs at the front which was manifesting in pain including at the back and gave me one quick crack in the middle of my back in the pain was 80% reduced and after that it went all together with one more treatment I think. Normally you can't get a chiropractic treatment on the NHS and since then I've been over the years now and again for different things and I've only needed one or two treatments at the most but it was worth every penny at about £40 a treatment. Otherwise the NHS clueless and it would have been months to wait for a physio which is the nearest equivalent. I hope this helps you anyway God bless x
Any chance it could be a panic attack? if not the chiropractor sounds like a good option.
