Hallo!

I am a 37 year old who has an 8 year old boy.

We nearly lost Oz, who was given a 20% chance at birth. I have also lost a child a 8 weeks and have had 3 miscarriages.

Sterilisation is the way forward for me. I have researched and tried other options, but been far from happy.

Could anyone advise me on how I go about this please?

Depending on whether or not you want to be menopausal there's different options.

You could get your tubes blocked which will make it impossible for sperm to get to the egg.

Or get a hysterectomy either fully or just the uterus. If it's jut your uterus your ovaries might fail in a few years.

If you don't want to do surgery you could go to a doctor and do chemotherapy to shut them off but that will cause hair loss.

I'm sorry about the miscarriages
