Recommended reading! Gillian Ford's - Listening to Your Hormones

I just wanted to share this book with guys here. I found it a real revelation in my journey with hormonal challenges. This lady has actually been thru things herself and relates to the vast diversity of issues that can occur with hormonal issues both before and after the menopause. Highly recommend it. From brain issues, skin issues, thyroid issues, depression and anxiety and many more. It's quite a read! She covers vast range of treatments too though it's a few years old it's very helpful....
