Hi has anyone has a BSO in their mid fifties onwards? I have just been found to have a large ovarian cyst and it has to be removed along with my fallopian tubes and ovaries and wondered what this means post menopause in respect of hormones?

Hi Katie😊

Googling bilateral salpingo- oopherectomy brought up several links. I clicked on patient info..recovery time. Sorry but a direct link wouldn't work.

There was a long discussion about this condition by women who were recovering.😊xB
