Hi have just started this been peri menopausal for 2.5 years now but the lack of sleep was getting difficult to deal with. Just wondered how others found this? I have already put on a couple of pounds and am running to the loo every two minutes? Has this been successful in helping anyone with flushes and sleep?

Thanks in advance.
