Endometriosis surgery

2 wks ago I had lap surgery and a d&c for scar tissue and endo. My first treatment/diagnosis. I started ovulation and I'm cramping more now then I ever have. My abdomen feels full and tender. My doctor wants me on lupron for six months for endo treatment. Has anyone experienced painful ovulation after surgery or tried lupron? I'm so scared of what my period is going to bring if I'm in this much pain right now only ovulating.I don't understand why I'm still in so much pain after the surgery.
