I'm 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant as of today, last time I checked my weight I was 6 weeks and 4 days and I was 100 lbs. Of course I'm getting g a little concerned cause I want my baby to gain weight and be as healthy as possible, I wish I could eat like I did in my first month of pregnancy non stop eating, but now I look at any food and I just want to throw up, just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach, and I try super hard to eat as much as possible, but I know I don't eat as much as I should and it makes me upset.. I just want to know if anyone has been through this and how they got through it, please help!

Hi Stephanie 😊

I can still remember feeling similar myself😊

Have a look at - parents.com/pregnancy stages/firsttrimester

This covers how to handle the tough first trimester of pregnancy.
