Hi beano
It is possible to have side effects afterwards, ongoing cramps etc should be investigated before the initial 6wk check.

Like I said in a recent reply to someone I feel horrible for 6 weeks n then everything disappeared n it was the best thing I had ever don't no more periods no more pain well worth the few weeks of not feeling good. Of course if it gets really bad go back to your gp as im sure it's not the same for everyone, good luck n I hope it settles down soon x
I had a new one in recently. The doctor told me that the pain I was having would
Last for a few hours. It actually lasted 5 days, but then settled down fine xx
