Why isn't my birth control not stopping it?

I'm on this birth control that stops my period for 3 months. Half way through my last row of pills. I had break through bleeding. Now it's a period. I've had a period for 3 to almost 4 weeks now. I got a new pack and its not stopping it.

Hi Chelsea18, I think irregular bleeding while taking the pill is quite common. Maybe the pill you are taking is not a good match for you! I found this article you might find useful: mayoclinic.org/healthy-livi...
