Can bathing while being period harm the genital and womb?

Hullo there, yes you can bathe, shower and wash everything to ensure that you keep your self as clean as possible, not cleaning yourself properly can cause some infections and bad body odour and poor personal hygiene. Once the blood leaves the body, it no longer has oxygen in it and it starts to go off and smell after some time and so cleansing yourself is very important.
