lupus in pregnancy

hi all.....iam 30yrs old....i suffered 6 miscarriages in 5 years...after my 5th miscarriage i was diagnosed with lupus...during my 6th pregnancy i was taking clexane 20mg once in a day along with aspirin75mg..still i miscarried at 10 weeks..(during my early 5 pregnancies i could not make beyond 7 weeks)..so now doctor advised me to double the clexane shots...ie 40mg per day along with some steroids...iam very depressed nd heart broken...plz help me...does clexane 40mg with steroids result in successful pregnancy...is steroids are also injections?i dont have any other health complications...plz reply...iam plannning to get pregnant..plz help
