I cant download the podcast for c25k I have tried on my phone my ipod and laptop cant do it what am I doing wrong.

I couldn't do it from link on site but if you go into I tunes you should be able to down load it.

If you download them directly they are zipped and need to be extracted before using them or as mollytara said alternatively they can be downloaded directly from iTunes if you're using an ipod/iphone.

I've just checked all the links and they are working for me, all be it a little slowly at times
