I been diagnosed with Osteoathritis on my left knee. It is affecting me as I used to be very active and now I have a lot of discomfort doing half of what I used to do.
I heard that certain foods make the condition worse and other foods help it improve. I do not know which though. Please share if you got any tips and personal experience.
Clearly loosing weight will help and I am trying to do this at the moment but it will take a while.
