Start of week 8 today and I must say I am feeling better about myself because I can now get into my 'old' work pants, and today I have also put on a dress that actually looks like a dress again instead of a long top!
I'll be weighing myself at the gym tonight so I'll post week 7 results later, hoping for a 2lb loss but not quite so sure what I'll get.
My ideal weight is 9st6lbs, and is achievable as I was around that weight for a long period of time. As of last Monday I'm at 11st12lbs, so still around 2 1/2 to lose. I'll probably 'redo' the plan, I really like the print out sheets to fill in, in fact its the one thing that has kept me going and cemented the plan into place in my mind.
