Although you have not lost any weight the fact that you have not put any weight on is great news, especially if you have been eating badly as you say.
Sometimes things happen that mean you can't carry on as normal and some things go out of the window. But you can start again with a fresh outlook for week 6, and then there's another 6 weeks, plus the rest of your life!
I know its disappointing, but the NHS plan is a vehicle for changing your whole lifestyle habits, not just a short/medium term diet. Use week 6 to bounce back and learn how deal with it when things go awry.

Bad weeks will happen, as long as you recognise it was one and don't give up thats the main thing.
Consider this week as Week 5+1.
Ive been dieting now for 14 months and im happy with the results, but you dont want to know how many times ive sworn at the scales.
Its a life change your doing and you've just seen what happens when you stray from the path, so thats a good thing. Pick urself up, kick the scales and keep at it
Don't be too hard on yourself as you are in this for the long term, We all have our hiccups so just hang in there and congratulate yourself for not gaining any weight! Good luck!

Well done for been honest with yourself and with us. That's not an easy thing to do. Maybe next time you feel under-pressure get on here and write a blogg, or answer somebody's elses blogg who happens to be struggling and perhaps we can help lift your spirts. Remember that's why we are all on this site, we all need a little extra help with our weight loss and exercise.
The most important thing is that you didn't give-up.
