Bad week
Is the chocolate in the house, or are you buying it when out and about?
There are several ways to break this destructive behaviour (I'm sure you're not alone!), but I'd suggest the quickest (but perhaps hardest) is to go "cold turkey".
Just make the rule that you no longer eat chocolate.....
Start again ,draw a line under what has happened.
You can do it , keeping busy works for me,when I'm bored I eat rubbish and self destruct.
Hope things get better.

So many of us have days and weeks where it doesn't go right.im not hopeful for weigh in ,but for once I'm feeling happy .

I have always been a chocolate addict...but less so since the menopause, so I am convinced it is hormone related. I used to bike 3 miles to a sweet shop, that opened late, (in my teens) to get my “fix” and this was invariably just prior to that time of the month!
I now find I can quell the urge with a hot mug of drinking chocolate, and I occasionally have a mini chocolate lolly as a real treat.
I dread Christmas and Easter when there seems to be chocolate wherever you go!
Don’t waste time feeling guilty or looking back...you can’t undo what has gone. You can however assuage those bad feelings by doing an hour’s gardening, or cleaning the car, or hoovering the house, by way of penance...and then you will have a real sense of satisfaction which will put you back on track!
